  1.   Hydrate regularly – Take a lot of fluids, mostly water. Be cautious about the quantity because some conditions limit the fluid intake. To be sure, ask a health provider for recommendations on the amounts that work for you.
  2.   Limit alcohol and caffeine intake – May help create a regular cycle that the bladder can abide by due to reduced misinformation
  3.   If you are a smoker, quitting improves bladder issues. Non-smokers should avoid picking the habit.
  4.   Reduce salt intake as it increases the body’s water retention, which increases the amount of fluid in the bladder, causing people to develop an inconsistent urination routine. 
  5.   Avoid constipation by incorporating high-fiber foods in your diet.
